The death penalty is the ultimate denial of human rights. It is cold-blooded killing of a human being by the state in the name of justice. It violates the right to life as proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment, whatever form it takes -electrocution, hanging, gassing, and beheading, stoning, shooting or lethal injection. It was practiced by other countries. I’m so grateful because it was not implemented in our country which is the Philippines.

In my own opinion I’m disagree with this punishment, because I believed that God  is the one who gave us life, So he’s only  has the  right to get it.
